We had to replace our old landline base which came with a total of three handsets. Our old base was AT%26T and we thought our other handsets might work with the new one - they didn't. So, we had to order 2 additional handsets. It would have been better if we had ordered the replacement base with a total of 5 handsets. I didn't do my research on the compatibility of old handsets with the new system. The additional handsets paired very easily with the base.

The ringer is loud enough for my senior mom 85 years old to hear. She is also able see the buttons and dial the numbers easy. The difficult part was using the settings the instructions were difficult to understand and I still have not been able to program the special ring for certain numbera.

Phone won't register!
I checked with your online assistant and was told that this phone is compatible with my base EL52119. However when I place the new phone on the base it doesn't register. Please advise. I gave a low rating until I find out if this new phone will work or not.

Lot of static phone
Received too much static on phone - peole compalined they could not hear me - sound went in and out. Did all the trouble shooting and still could not get this phone to work correctly. I want to return it,
