AT%26T ********* DECT 6.0 Wall Mount 3 Handsets Cordless Phone with Digital Answering System is a great phone system! After charging for the recommended time, I plugged the phones and started using them and they work great. It has an answering machine that is easy to setup, I added some close family %26 friends numbers into the directory. It has caller ID, redial and many features. I have the main headset %26 other one downstairs and the other headset plugged in upstairs for convenience. Highly recommend this phone set for ease of use and great performance!
Our old AT%26T phones are over 20 yeads old and starting to fail (lots of static) and features are starting to fail so I bought the new set. It's very easy to install and offers many new features compared to the old model; syncs to your cell phone and easier call blocking, for example. I took a side-by-side pic for easier comparison of the Old vs New model.
This set of cordless phones replaced a set that was 15 yrs old. Very easy to install....just plug in the phone jack to the main/primary phone (I even used the plug to the old phone) and plug in all to electric outlets and record your message for the answering machine, easy peasy. The old phones had much static and buttons stuck while pressing, these buttons (which are large and easy to read) enter any number with 1 press and the clarity is very good. I especially like the "Call Block" feature and have used it several times. We don't even have ATT and they work wonderfully. The only concern I have with all landlines is, even though many people only have a cell and landlines are decreasing daily, why are they so expensive?
I finally got a phone that is working. Just fine, and I can operate it. it's a great phone. Thank you.
I don't like that I can't get the time on the clock to show central time. I have done everything and it changes the time two hours ahead. It doesn't matter if you add or subtract hours, it's going back to two hours ahead of my time. It's very annoying.
Just plug the phone line into the base, and electric into base and each handset. Since my area has no real phone lines it's via cable company. That meant phone had to be where cable connection was, this set up allows me to have extensions in my kitchen and bedroom. Much more convenient.
The phone set serve their purpose. I like the mobile phone sink feature, unfortunately the v audio on the handsets are entirely too low!!!!
This phone did not work and it had someone else's numbers on it wit voice mails. The persons address was even on the box. So apperantly it had been bought and used before me.
The box the phone came in was damaged, dented corners, ripped box. The box obviously had been opened from the bottom, ripped cardboard, no tape.
Answering feature and remit check feature worked for a month and now both features are not working. I am hoping to return this product
