***IF INTERESTED IN THIS PHONE PLEASE READ: IGNORE THE REVIEWS. I have no idea why this phone has such bad reviews. I had the the Phoenix 4 and this is most definitely an upgrade. I also tried out the Radiant Max, and also the Moto G7 Play, which I had to send both back for different reasons. All of the negative things that the bad reviews mention, can be fixed in the settings. Don't like the gestures? Go into the notification tab settings and change it back to the home screen and back tab on the bottom. That's what I did, It took me 30 seconds. Don't like the bloatware? You can either uninstall, or disable any app you'd like. That's what I did. It took me 30 seconds. The screen is clean and there are no artifacts. I had to send back the Moto G7 because it had double vision on the top and bottom of the screen. Beware though, the Walmart employee that packaged my phone didn't scan it before sending out, so I am now waiting up to 48 hours for it to be activated by Walmart, so that I can actually make calls. I also don't like that At
I love my new Phoenix 5!!!!!!! It is a huge upgrade from my Phoenix 3 I had. There were so many Google Play apps that were not compatable with my Phoenix 3 phone. I am now able to enjoy all of the apps that would not even instal on my Phoenix 3.
This is a great phone.
it was a great looking phone but the screen was too small for me too see
The phone's settings are easy to navigate. There are tons of choices offered, so you can set things up to fit your liking. I tend to listen to a lot of music. The volume on this phone is better than my last. I'm glad I chose to purchase this model.
My husband is hard on cell phones so we buy him inexpensive cell phones. This phone does everything he needs talk, text and light web browsing. The camera is decent for just regular pictures. Is it a high end phone? No. But It's good a value for the price and fits our needs.
One of My favorite features of Phonix models is the Knock on/off screen. The other great feature is the camera has a wide angle, and closeup lens. Long lasting battery and bottom speaker location. The only thing missing is the rear power/volume as on older Phoenix models.
It's a nice phone but can't find a case for it . the phone is very fragile It broke on me had to send it back for a refund. Get a case and a screen protector before you use it.
Did not get to use it. I ordered it from Walmart. Had it delivered to my home. The store did scan the barcode so att could not activate it. Had to return it to walmart for refund. Then walmart did not have another phone in stock. So I waisted my whole day. Will not ever order anything else from Walmart to be sent to my house because they do not scan the barcodes before they send them to your house. Don't understand why.
The storage memory capacity is not enough on the phone cause I cannot hardly do no update when it come to the apps as a update, 16GB is not enough storage on the phone, the camera quality is not all that good to me neither as pictures look blurry when I capture them, I could not even put apps on the 64GB SD Card that I put in the slot and put it back in the spot it goes in like the SIM Card does, Also it is hard to find a screen protector and case cover for the phone, Id id not keep it as I returned it after having it for only 3 days, it fell and screen broke on it, I did not purchase the protection plan, I do not recommend that phone to nobody at all cause of the storage memory space is only 16GB, LG need to do better with that LG Phoenix 5. I am glad I got a refund back on it so that I can take the $ and get a different phone with more internal storage space/memory.
