"Stress Free Service". Easy and convenient for the carless. No technology issues or customer support asking for a pin number, and so now I don't get any help, because if you forgot it. Well , that was not my fault. It is my phone number and account for sure and without a Doubt. Online payments impossible? Yes! I don't need a PIN, I do remember the pin. It doesn't match my records. Anyway, I am glad, I figured out a way. Thanks, Walmart!

Don't pverthink this one. I just took a picture of the barcode and everything started. It was Awesome. I've had ATT plan for years, and I don't know why. You pay alot more for the same thing.

had to call to verify it was added, good ole at%26t with lack of communication, standard low quality system. csr had trouble figuring it out, probably lack of access to right tools for job. which is again typical for giant to deliver worst service they can muster up

Never received item
I never received this item. It never came to my email. It was not in the Inbox, Spam or any other box in my email. I contacted Walmart, they told me I had to contact AT%26T. If you have ever tried to contact AT%26T then you know it's impossible to get a real person on the line. I'm out $35 and cannot get any help for this issue.

Although I have bought this same product many times, w no issues, this time they sent the order %23 in place of the PIN %23. Cost me lots of time %26 aggravation, non-refundable. When I spoke w AT%26T %26 called Walmart back, they were happy to refund..in 3 to 5 days! They insist you pay to buy, yet can't immediately refund when they screw up. Still waiting,was Friday, end of day Tuesday.

direct top up still did not allow phone calls. Payment went through but even after restarting phone, no calls were allowed. This was a simple and easy process that worked every time with the $40 card. It is infuriating to suddenly be unable to get a phone call to go through or come through. It makes no sense that it's so defective.

purchased using walmart and used the option " pay direct by giving my phone number ", gave me nothing !!! day 3 and phone is still not paid or with service. went online to chat with walmart regarding issue and was assured a refund would be given as a store on credit account and shoe in less than 3 hours in hopes i could repurchase the card and retore my service. what a big bull lie that was. STILL NO SERVICE , NO REFUND, NO CREDIT ... NOTHING. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Especially the way i did it.

Never received email pin to use the card ?
I ordered this card via email delivery, as I have done many times. I never received the delivery email with the pin number. I did the online chat and they could not help me.

it never came through to phone had to pay another 40 bucks on another card then when i asked about it got told nothing could be done about it
