A Good Quality Phone

Xian September 28, 2017

I had a Samsung galaxy grand prime and a express prime and I liked my grand prime better but I came across this one. I never had a LG before but I prefer a LG before another Samsung galaxy. I really like the screen on this and I really find it fun to operate. Also I watch a lot of videos and this phone is great for videos.... The videos comes in crisp and clear. I'm really glad that I tried a LG for I don't want to go back to Samsung. I have had no problems with the LG Phoenix 3 at all. I absolutely love it!!!

Request phone be activated/scanned before shipment

holeshot58 December 3, 2017

My wife loves this phone, and it seems a good value for the money. It was not scanned by Walmart.com when shipped out, so ATT treated it as a stolen item and after some time on hold/customer service with ATT, I was able to reactivate and had to send them proof of purchase. Kind of a nuisance.

Good standard phone

TrayCToo February 16, 2018

I like the different options for setting up my home page. And reminders for when my data is off. Nice size even if it's bigger than my previous phone. Beautiful bright screen. I just wish I could switch more of my apps to my sd card. This phone uses a lot of storage without anything I put on it.I still haven't figured out all the apps that were pre-installed.

Great phone for the price

Markraider November 12, 2017

It works good for what I do voice to text, internet, calls are clear volume is good. The camera is fair and has a flash but not to be compared to $700 phones. I like having distinctive ring tones for calls and for text for different contacts.

An OK phone

BobMob79 June 6, 2017

This phone is ok. On the positive side, the screen is bright and can be awakened by tapping on it twice, the phone's performance is ok for average use, the speaker is loud, and battery life is great. However, the plastic screen's resolution is low, the messaging app fails to send pictures from other apps and cannot be replaced, the camera takes terrible photos indoors, and Bluetooth disconnects at times.

Phoenix 2 was a much better phone

pappa August 6, 2017

It's a OK phone but at $79.00 your getting a $50.00 phone. Had a Phoenix 2 thought the 3 would be better, its not. The phoenix 2 is a much better phone and at less money.

Battery charge isn't the best

irritated November 27, 2017

Even with the phone idle/ wifi off, battery goes to 40% in about 5 hours. With use, last about half that long. My 3 year old Samsung lasted 3 days or longer under the same "idle" time.

I Give This Phone 2 Stars for Looking Nice

Denise August 25, 2017

This Phone is Horrible. It lags when playing certain games and it's slow to connect line. I wanted to love this phone because I love LG Phones, it looks great , but it under performs. I'm taking this phone back and getting the Huawei Ascend XT, which I loved and had before, but I dropped it and cracked the screen. I thought I get the LG since they had similar specs and the LG was considerably cheaper. Wrong move. Now I have to return the LG and go back to my trusty Huawei. If you do not use apps or the internet and you only need to call, text and/or send emails this phone may be for you, otherwise, avoid it at all costs.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!

TheTruth23 March 17, 2018

So..i buy prepaid phones a lot, Probably one a year because well lets face it they're cheap. So i dont expect much from a phone i pay between 40 and 80 bucks for. I'm realistic and i'm ok with that, that being said the LG Phoenix 3 is by far the worst prepaid phone ive gotten. I bought it two months ago, TWO MONTHS!! It is now sitting in a drawer and ill tell you why. After about two weeks here and there i would have issues receiving texts and calls, possible service issue i thought so i checked with at&t to my surprise no issue. Then as things were looking up it started to kick me from the internet or apps such as Facebook, My Bank App, Email, etc, things i use regularly. I figured no big deal maybe restart the phone it will go away, well it didn't. Then the battery started to drain at an alarming rate i would start off the day (7am) with a full battery and by lunch (11:30am) it would be about 15%. Now i use my phone at work for various things music included so i get that would drain the battery quick, but four hours come on! I digress, so the nail in the coffin and final reason as to why its in a drawer is one day i put it on the charger and while it said charging it DIED, ON THE CHARGER. I purchased a new battery online thinking maybe that was the source of all my problems. well it wasn't. The PHONE IS TRASH BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!
