I had this phone when it first came out and when I needed to buy a new one this was the one I chose although sometimes it seems to be to out dated I still love it
the radiant was the best phone I ever had. I wish they would bring it back into the stores instead of having to order online
I upgraded from an older radiant max. This one is much faster %26 was easy to transfer most info. Needed to add back a few apps. Very happy with it.
Nice phone but has a very fragile screen. I have had several cell phones over the years and I am prone to dropping them. This is the first one that I have owned that cracked in the bottom right corner. Was not a hard drop and was on padded surface. Overall I give this phone a high rating but disappointed about the screen.
I am having problems connecting threw bluetooth to anything . The reason is this model has Bluetooth v5 . v5 isnt backwards compatible with older chipsets . So while I love this phone , it cant currently connect to most anything I own . It is this planed obsolescence that make me hate Apple products . Not to mention the lack of privacy options and vender locking that also make me hate Apple .
I bought this phone on January 25th. I bought it because I needed more space and I liked some of the features that it had. From the first day I got it, it just randomly shuts off while you're in the middle of doing something. It shuts off multiple times a day and its usually when i pick it up to reply to a text or something. It gives an error that something stopped responding as soon as it powers up. ive put up with it for almost a month but sadly i think I am going to have to switch back to my old phone. 😭 I love the features of the phone and would probably really be happy with it, IF it was working properly.
Phone wasn't compatible with an important app I needed.
This photo sucks! I chose this phone because of the 2 year manufacturer warranty. I started having issues very soon after I started using it. Att sent me a replacement but I am still having the same issues with the replacement phone. I actually had to pay for the replacement phone and got a refund when I shipped the original back. This phone shuts off by itself all the time and will come back on when it wants to. When I am talking to someone there will be short periods where the other person can't hear me but I can hear them. I always purchase the cheaper model prepaid phones and they are normally good for the price but not this model. I have had good luck with the Motorola phone and the Samsung as well. I regret this purchase and would never purchase again.
It won't even power on after a week.
Looked like a good price for the features. So I bought it. It has a good speed and good battery life. But: 1. Fails to make any notifications on messenger. I troubleshoot it many ways, still does not work. 2. Fails to work with Outlook with my work email, works for a few hours, and then needs to be restarted to work again as emails are not coming anymore. 3. Spontaneously failed to receive calls and message notifications from what's up. 4. Quadrupled my contacts with no way to consolidate the copies. I Deleted the copies manually, but in three days extra copies appeared again. Tried to troubleshoot all these issues with no success. Gave it away to a child to use as a toy. Had several LG phones before and had none of these issues.
