It seems to be a nice pretty decent phone to me, I like the size, the features it has to offer, nice, versatile, great smartphone, glad it is no annual contract phone as it is free of the monthly payments,
Great phone , love all the upgrades. The only downside was getting it set up because it wasn't scanned because I purchased on line so I had to prove I purchased it and Not stolen as it kept showing when I tried to set up myself
The only thing I dislike is that it is quite large and I have small hands. I do tend to have trouble using this phone one handed, at least with a case one and a case is definitely required for me. I actually love this phone, the camera works pretty decently, however, the facial recognition isn't the best. Even when I have deleted and reset the facial recognition, it still works like 3-5 times and then no matter how hard I try it doesn't ever recognize and unlock.
bought this for my mom big screen great gb for the price everything she wanted everything I want for the price
Great phone for the price. Exceeds my expectations. Long battery life, great security features. Awesome front and back cameras.. Best Galaxy I've had so far.
I thought it was difficult to set up. It was very different from previous phone, that might have been part of problem and I'm not very tech savvy either. The one thing I really don't like is the print is small and letters are gray instead of black. It makes it hard to read. Other than that it's a very nice phone.
The Samsung A11 is a nice size and affordable but that's where the love of this phone ends it will not connect to the internet unless Wi-Fi is connected, it has many small quarks that are not so bad taken one by one, but when taken in total it just makes it not a good after all. I'm going to keep it simply because it is a pain to set up a different phone I just don't know if my next phone will be a Samsung. The biggest reason to stay with Samsung is the open OTG that's not a great reason to stay with a poor quality phone.
I've owned this phone for a few months now and it worked great at first. It had much more storage available than my previous phone and that was the biggest selling point. I have been using LG products for a few years now and have heard good things about Samsung so I switched. The last few weeks my phone has been working poorly; not connecting to Bluetooth, freezing, not loading pages even with internet access or full bars and date coverage available, exciting out of apps randomly, among other issues. I've tried all I can think to make this phone run smoothly and I am to the point where I am saving to purchase a new phone.
the worse experience of my life I have a phone that I can't use because walmart did not send me a receipt and I paid 32.00 for my plan and activated a phone that I can't use walmart is terrible customer service and ATT is terrible for prepaid online services
DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOY purchase this phone online. I read a few times that they do not authenticated their purchases. Thought maybe it was a glitch and I bought it anyway. Now my son has a phone for Christmas that he cannoyt use and because they didnt do their job it has locked his SIM card and he cannot use ANY phone. It looks like the phone is stolen to ATT. Called ATT. Have to wait a week for a replacement and pray it works or go to Wal-Mart during Covid to have them fix it. I bought everything online to stay out of the stores and still have to go in. My son's most requested Christmas present doesn't work. Awesome day.
