I got this for my young teenager as an alternative to the high-end Samsung models (that the parents in our family use) and it was a great choice. She could not be happier with the phone. We added a case and screen protector (this IS a teenager, after all) and an additional SD card for more storage, but we would have done those things for any phone. I frankly would not be able to tell the difference (based on operational performance and battery life) between this model and my S20+. Even the cameras are indistinguishable from the higher-end model. So it isn't just my daughter; As the purchaser, I'm also very pleased.
I bought this Samsung A13 to replace my J7, which had run out of room for the apps that I needed. There was no initial outlay of money and only $2/month for 36 months. So far I am very pleased.
just bought can't really say
The phone is fine BUT this series has a known conflict with banking aps. You can find this all over the internet but I missed it of course. So overall it's similar in operation with that exception. Before you ask, I spoke directly with Samsung and the bank app developer
I love my new phone, I only have two complaints: 1)The instructions in how to install the SIM card are not clear. 2)Phone charger is USB-C to USB-C which makes it difficult to charge phone. Including a USB or wall charger adapter with the phone would be helpful.
package came on time it supposed to be 5G but it doesn't work,Why i don't know which isn't a biggie with me the main reason I purchased it was because it has demisty 700 chip set and screen refresh Rate of 90 Hz plus plenty of storage for me. i owned One just like it before its super fast with no lag, I regreted buying a galaxy A13 with a Chip set of 650 a very slow phone and it lagged big time, Never again the Samsung Galaxy a13 5 g will serve me Well plus it has the gorilla glass in the it. i don't understand why Samsung didn't put the safety glass in there newer phones,I will not buy any phone without gorilla in it. I'm satisfied with my purchase of 52.?? dollars
Phone was fine, however, they now do not give you the proper equipment to swap over from one phone to another or even to charge the phone. It's "expected" that you already have those items if you were a former Samsung buyer. I was not, so was in panic mode to find the right items to swap and charge the phone.
Google pay does not work at all. Big disappointment as it's something I used daily. It's an OK phone otherwise.
Even though it says it's brand new. It is definitely not. There are flaws in the screen, but I only noticed because I work on my phone. It is a very well refurbished phone. But after a thorough dig of the IMEI, it's confirmed the phone is not brand new.
I wasn't aware that this phone has a completely different charger than any I own. AND that the phone wouldn't arrive with a charger. I returned it.
