AT&T Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, 128GB, Black - Prepaid Smartphone

Phone was shipped to my house. After I transfered my stuff to new phone ATT said return to Walmart item not paid for! I went to Walmart it was all settled after 45 minutes. Good thing I kept original container and package and all emails from Walmart and Chime.

Many reviewers have mentioned activation issues, particularly when purchased online from Walmart, due to devices not being properly scanned out at the warehouse. That said, I bought this phone solely for the price and planned to use it via Wi-Fi, so activation wasn't a concern for me. The phone is decent, but you get what you pay for. It features a MediaTek Dimensity 6100 octa-core processor (2 cores at 2.2GHz and 6 cores at 2.0GHz), which is reasonable for basic tasks. However, its performance is often held back by the 4GB of RAM on the AT%26T model. This limitation can cause sluggish multitasking and delays when switching between apps, and heavy users may notice stuttering or frame drops when running demanding apps or games. If you're looking for an inexpensive Wi-Fi phone for casual social media use, it's fine. However, other models with 6GB or 8GB of RAM would deliver smoother performance. For the price, this phone isn't bad, but next time I'll prioritize a secondary device with more RAM to avoid these limitations.

Did not know the phone didn't come with charging capabilities and I am not savy with cell technology. Very disappointing

walmart.com sent me a phone that was not showing scanned/purchased. I tried adding the phone on to my prepaid a t and t account and a t and t said that it wasnt showing sold and that it was stolen/never purchased. I had to return the phone to the store and repurchase a new phone to add to my account. a t and t blocked and suspended my account from that online phone order not showing sold.

Settings are difficult. Could not transfer data from old phone. Phone Contact list difficult to set up. Nothing good about phone. Will never buy another Samsung phone

walmart did not scan the phone on their end so it was useless. . my old sim card got wiped when i put it in the phone somehow. had to jump through all the hoops to get it activated by att

My point of comparison is a Motorola Stylus, which I switched to be able to use Samsung Smart tags. This phone is a disappoint. The video recording feature is a regression. It's glitchy while recording and playing video. Pictures are ok, you get your $100s of resolution. Multi tasking is bad. You can only work on one all at a time. several can be open, but the rest reboot and kick you out of the apps the signed into (example banking apps. Also, it took forever to write this review because as soon as my phone would lock it would clear the information that I had typed). Loading apps or websites takes forever. Memory fills up quickly and slows phone down even more.

On December 28th Walmart's online ordering it said Samsung Total by Verizon - I ordered it , 4 days later I get the phone and it says ATT Total phone . So now got to return that and get the one I ordered, should of had it Jan 4th now January 9th. Sure hope you guys go change it so someone else doesn't go thru this .

Do not order this phone online!! The phone itself is great works perfect no issues however, AT%26T and Walmart this phone is stolen. Even though I have proof of purchase, I now have to go to Walmart and have them mark the phone as sold because it's coming up as stolen and we cannot get the service to work. Called AT%26T customer support they were able to get my phone service to work for one day in the time. I have 24 hours to make it to Walmart to get them to mark. The phone as sold and not stolen. This is just absurd.

This phone was shipped to me FedEx by Walmart after I ordered for local delivery and was found to be out of stock. I carried it to ATT store where they exchanged Sim card with an existing ATT exact same model prepaid phone with 8 months prepaid service remaining but with damaged screen. This took about an hour. When I got home I checked the phone and it would not send or receive calls. Back to ATT store and was told my account was suspended and they could not access details at store level. They helped me call national ATT who informed me phone had never been activated by Walmart like it was stolen and never paid for. They said this happened frequently. They said only way to get service was to have local store switch SIM card back which I did. Old damaged screen phone did not work. Another call to national ATT to get account unsuspended. 2 trips to ATT store, 4 hours there and waiting on hold because phone I bought and paid for was shipped incapable of being activated.
