i have had samsung for the longest time. it was time for an upgrade and i went with the s23. amazing pictures great speed and storage. overall a great phone and a good fair price.

This phone is perfect for me. Not to large and not too heavy, even with protective case and screen protector. Easy to understand operating instructions, no apps which cannot be uninstalled, as, my last phone. No built in adds which cannot be removed!

The order/receiving process was very smooth. Swapping phones was out of the question as my old phone was in pieces. I received the new phone within 2 days of ordering. The setup process was smooth except for the new sim card. It wasn't programmed and didn't work, so I used the sim from my old phone. Thankfully I had backed up the old phone, so all contacts and settings were saved. The new phone is working perfectly.

Phone works well and is faster than old A series phone.

The s23 takes time to get accustomed to if you are coming from IOS. Though the small features like being able to split screen diff apps at the same time for example make a world of difference.
