AT&T Turbo Hotspot Prepaid 256 MB -Sided Hotspot

This little hot spot covers the entire 2500 square feet area of my house, even with the doors closed. Plus about 75 feet around the outside of the house. It is great for traveling to watch TV and listening to thousands of music channels. Also, weather channels. It charges to 100% and turns itself off, then recharges itself when it gets down to 5% which is 8 to 10 hours of constant use.. I bought this one to replace my old one that I had for several years. I still have the old one for backup.

I have had mine for about 7 months has worked amazing but now it's stuck on the hello screen I've taken battery out, took SIM card out trying to get it to reset no luck tried pushing the reset button but nothing happens

Activation was a nightmare because Walmart failed to inform ATT of the online sale. It took 2 hours on the phone with tech support at ATT to get the device working. A copy of proof of purchase along with box bar codes had to be emailed to ATT. This device will not receive SMS messages. To obtain access to online account for this device you must put the hotspot sim card in a ATT compatible phone to recieve the temporary 4 digit code. ATT tech support has no knowlege of this and told be the device had to be taken to a ATT store. The store gave me the fix, not ATT support.

Purchased new from Walmart on July 01 2021, Died Nov 03 2021. First thing that failed was the battery about a month prior. So I connected my battery pack into the recharge port and had it working. A month later the entire unit failed the only thing that would come on is the initial Hello and then the screen flickered after that and never fully booted. Other issues I had were network issues with AT

I was told by a a TNT representative that I could order the S turbo hotspot to and could get on Internet if they would help me it would not work I'm not happy I paid $49

Well Walmart you did it again I cannot use this device because you didn't scan it properly and AT

Product received was damaged. Had to return it.

I'm on my second device in the past 6 months and already it's stuck on “Hello” screen and won't do anything else no matter what I try. Wish I could get my money back but am steady getting the run around about it. Not worth the hassle to buy so beware.

Device barely charged as well as extremely poor connection.

Trying to contact someone for a refund, the box does not charge and it will not let anything connect to it
