worth its weight in gold
we use these for my 88 years young mother at night. we call them her night panties. she is a total back sleepier so sometimes we just lay them under her without fastening them to minimize UTI. very absorbent. hardly any leakage on bottom of her night shirt or the disposable pads we use. i highly recommend this product. fasten easily and securely. and i think you get the same number per package for both medium and large so we get large. also good for daytime use if we've run out of her daytime panties.

Awesome protection!
I love these because they have the shields on the sides that I can tuck underneath my tummy fold to stop the urine from escaping while sleeping at night! These are adjustable, and the tabs are like velcro, so they don't wear out after a few adjustments. I usually wear a pair of sport shorts over the brief to keep them in place, as I move around alot in bed. After trying several brands, these are the only briefs that offer this type of shield, and am so happy they fit well!

they kept ripping and their wasn't enough padding to hold fluid one use next use it leaked unfortunately other then that they were comfortable

Not Even What I ordered
can't really write a review because I didnt get what is pictuered here. i ordered these specifically because they show they have 2 smaller velcro-like tabs on each side wing that secure the diaper in place but, what I got has just 1 velcro-like, 3 inch long tab just like the Assurance brand I had and wasn't a fan of, so ordered these. These aren't any different whatsoever than the Assurance brand except the blue tint to the color of them vs. the white that the Assurance ones are.
