Difficult to set in the underwear I wear.

Tried because my normal ones were out. I prefer the equate options overnight or ultimate maximum they are not too long always feel dry not damp(these are like poise pads slow absornency. With chronic uti' s and endometriosis these don't cut it. If slower leak these are prefect.

Pad is long and wider than I thought. May be 4 “. It has more cushioning, so you can use over night! You have to get use to the fit, to use it walking during the day!

I used to use stay free maxi pads (the ling thin overnights) until this problem got worse and I started the search for a better solution. These pads are very thick, bulky and while they catch quite a bit of liquid they don't hold it well. They leak. At least for me they do. Based on reviews elsewhere I purchased 4 boxes. They are about as effective as the stay free. So I will use what I have but most likely not buy them again...they also do not have tape all the way to the ends which wouod help hold it down better. The glue, however works fine. The shape us a bit curved or cupped and I found that did not help much either.

The pad is not easy to wear. It twists with sleep or normal wear. The twisting allows for leakage and sticking to skin with normal wear.

This is the worst brand that I've used. I will NOT purchase it again!
