I used the app and indicated my arrival. I was sitting in my car when an employee approached and said they were looking for my item and it would be right out. I appreciated the update since they were looking for my order. I observed others pull up and quickly receive their orders. First time I have used the app and picked it up. Very impressed by the ease and the fact the employee alerted me and apologized for the slight delay.
