I used the app and indicated my arrival. I was sitting in my car when an employee approached and said they were looking for my item and it would be right out. I appreciated the update since they were looking for my order. I observed others pull up and quickly receive their orders. First time I have used the app and picked it up. Very impressed by the ease and the fact the employee alerted me and apologized for the slight delay.

Works well.
Works well, digs into the lake bottom and holds boat. I'd recommend getting the piece of chain which helps hold the anchor flat on the bottom so it digs in better. Rubberized coating helps to keep from scratching boat when retrieving it.
