Works Great
There were some questionable reviews will in work on a Mercury 90hp 4 stroke. It works fine on my 2016 Mercury 4 stroke 90hp . I place the rods into the 3 third hole and with the cups pointing up fits snugly into an area on the motor shaft.

Not for 4 stroke mercs
Ad says for outboards 200 hp and under. This product will not fit on Mercury 4 stroke outboard motors.

Great price
The unit works fine but it would have been better if it was about an inch longer. Mine is in the last hole where the pins fit in to get the separation I need. Delivery was quick and price was best I had found on the web.
