Attwood SP-410 Replacement Rubber Shocks For Attwood Transom Savers

I had one bushing missing from the transom saver and it was going to damage the shaft on my outboard if I didn't replace. These are exactly what I needed.

Fits perfectly at half the cost that B.P.S. wanted.

Very good fit and easy to install, great price the only thing was one of the supplied screws was a half inch too short and I had to find one that would work to replace it.

The original transom saver had rivets with flat heads which worked great. Using the screws supplied caused the nut to hit the frame of the transom saver thus causing it not to fit the motor. I suppose I could have put the screws in with the head of the screw in the opposite direction which would have given it more room to move and fit the motor. Not thinking I put the nut toward the motor which caused me to have to use a grinder to grind away part of the frame of the transom saver so that it would fit the motor. Oh well. It works now and that's all that matters. That's life.

I was glad to be able to order these replacements when one of my bumpers went missing. Unfortunately the nut and bolt arrangement requires more space than the original rivets and makes the fit less than desirable. It takes some work to get an acceptable fit. Much of this will depend on how your bumper supports are set up.
