New seat installation
Was exactly what I needed to install fishing seats in my boat. Easily installed and seems sturdy. The 11" height is just right for my boat.

Not as advertised
Walmart advertisement says that the base is stainless steel but it is not. Once you put the pedestal into the base you can not remove it. Otherwise it is all good.

Works great but 2 minor issues.
Bought this to mount on a deck I built in my job boat. Works perfect. Very strong. The only issue I ran into is that the pedestal pole doesn't sit down flush into the deck plate. It's not enough to matter but annoying. Also I wish it would've come with screws or bolts to mount it into the deck.
