Understand that this is just the male end that fits on the tank! The picture shows the entire assembly needed for actual use. I bought this to attach to second tank as I already had previously purchased the complete male and female connectors. The part works as advertised. Easy connection with no spillage.

Includes male and female connectors for use with all standard marine fuel tanks with 1/4" NPT fittings: This is incorrect; The male part I received had a hose fitting(like on the female half) and not a threaded fitting!

Picture shows the male and female connections snapped together. The pre applied thread tape can be seen on the male side. That is the piece you will get, not the female tubing fitting with the gray tab. Now I have the delay of returning and reordering.

Not what you get! Even though the description leads you to believe that you will receive the tank end (1/4” npt nipple) – it is not included. Only the hose, barbed end is shipped.

READ the one star reviews!! If you order, the item you will get is NOT what is shown in the picture. It's not a "set" rather only one of the two parts of the connector. (Note the description says "Male Fitting" so that part of the description is correct. ) The one I received...as did other purchasers...was only one part of the connector set. Take a look at the other set they show for $9.07 (Walmart #: 563089899)... based on the reviews it appears to be the complete set. Chuck McB

Totally should've read the reviews on this,but I ordered the the package deal to save $ After sending it back and reordering and receiving the same product I thought "something isn't right here" I've called Wal-Mart and told them that the photo online is not the product you receive,so hopefully it gets resolved. Customer service was good

This is only the male fitting with 3/8 hose barb fitting. Nothing like the description. Ordered 6 now have to send all back.
