My son has asthma and this clean air machine in his room uses these filters. They are amazing, and much less expensive than Amazon. We can continue to order these as they work perfect

Allergy relief!
With allergies and carpet in the bedroom the Germ Guardian air filter helps keep the allergens down to decrease sneezing. The higher speeds do increase the noise level, which I am also sensitive to. The 1st speed is quiet enough not to disturb sleep. During the daytime the 2nd speed is tolerable. Noise tolerance is not the same for everyone. Some may find no problem with the noise level of the higher speeds. I am happy to say, I feel the lower speeds provide enough allergen relief to decrease the amount of sneezing and other symptons of allergens in the air. I leave it on 24/7 for consistent relief.
