Moe was very helpful. I switched to several different domes and finally found one that doesn't allow the screeching sounds. He was able to offer ways to avoid bothering the microphone area and how to get the hearing aid seated properly too. Going to give this a try and see if the screeching stays away.

Moe was very patient and helpful in finding a solution to my problem. I bought them for my husband and after less than five months one of his hearing aids stopped working. My husband wasn't home at the time so it was harder for Moe to assess the problem. He went the extra mile and arranged for my husband to speak with him later on. We just returned the hearing aids to be examined. My husband is hoping to get a replacement.

I just finished my call with Charles. He was very nice, listened to and answered my questions. He explained things so I had a better understanding of the hearing aids. I have had the IonPro 2 for two days but feel I will adjust to them and know I'm already hearing better.

I am so pleased with my Audien Atom Pro 2 hearing aids. They are every bit as good as my prescription ones and cost much less. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for good, inexpensive hearing aids. They are so easy to adjust until you get just the right sound for you. That took me a few days, but well worth the time and effort.

With the problems I'm having with my current hearing aids, Charles was very helpful and informative with his knowledge and use of the hearing aide. He was pleasant to talk to and spoke very well English that was easy to understand. He made some good suggestions for my new hearing aids when they arrive. It was a pleasure to talk with Charles!!

Just getting started with Audien and the Google zoom meeting today with Myrose was absolutely stellar! She got things off the ground by covering several items of interest and knowledge that immediately made me realize I had chosen well and would be very well taken care of. I've worn hearing aids for 10 years, the first set with Starkey for 5 years and the second set with Lexie for 5 years. While both of those did well for me, the attention to support and walking you through all the facets of my new Audien hearing aids received so far just blows the other two experiences clear out of the water! The next few weeks will be interesting as I adapt and eventually settle on settings, etc. but I know I won't be going through this alone. I'll be recommending Audien to everyone I know, thanks to my experience with Myrose today! 👍😊

I recently purchased the Atom x. I had my new product review with Victor today. The product is very straightforward to work with. Victor's information was clear and concise. We did not end the call until he felt sure that I understood everything which was much appreciated.

Battery life on Bluetooth was not long enough as I use that to monitor my iPhone. I used it about 1 week but couldn't get a good setting for noisy situations so that I could hear conversations. Otherwise, ion Pro 2 seemed to work as advertised. I wish the description would indicate limited battery life with Bluetooth.

I bought these a month ago to try as I never had hearing aids before. They are easy to use and adjust for the basic units that they are. My family noticed right a way that I no longer yelled at them when I talked. Also, my wife asked me to turn up the volume on the TV, something that has never happend before. I am happy with this trial and have ordered the Ion Pro 2 as the next step. I am impressed with the level of knowledge and friendliness of the CSRs, specifically Princess Alverez. I rated these 4/5 because it is easy to get "whistling" and in really noisey rooms I have to take them out.

I have just begun shopping for a hearing aid. I tried the Atom X for a week, and for me, it was not a good fit. The service people were very good and responsive and I think this is a good company to do business with. I may come back to try the PRO model in a few weeks.
