Well, bought hearing aids May 6, it is now May 12, and he is still wearing them. that is more time total than he wore the 2 prescription sets we bought. He says he can hear and he says they don't drive him totally crazy. He has been wearing them from around 6 a.m. until 9 p.m. I would say they're keepers. (Also, if you dont like them they can be returned.)
I am very satisfied with the sound .The control control controls the sound in each air. It also allows you to select if you're watching television or in a crowded home it's excellent. I've not seen anything like this for this price.
love them. the ability to easily turn volume up a d down is a ig plus. my mother who had $5,000 hearing aids does not have the ability. The whole product is eay to use from taking out of box to monthly maintenence. Sorry i did not have this earlier in my life.
I bought these for my wife after being diagnosed with moderate hearing loss. This lives up to it's claims and exceeds in some arenas. Easily programmed and holds charge well through the day. Case/charging station makes programming a breeze. Due to cost of so called professional hearing aids at 4 to 5 thousand dollars, this is a very affordable and viable avenue for most people to take. the bluetooth function is a great addition. Simple, useful, easy and good to be hearing again.
The AtomX hearing aids didn’t work for me. They didn’t fit my ears well, were uncomfortable, and I got a lot of extra feedback noise in my ears. I do better with behind the ear hearing aids, I just thought I’d try these that go in the ear because they cost less. I’ll be returning them.
Liked controls in case; not as satisfied with feed and sound , usually wore Rx manufactured aids. I ( the mother) WANT TO RTN. PUCHASED AIDS, as my daughter took her rx aids for repair and is now wearing them and is happy. Thank you kindly. Edna Hegi
one hearing aid's battery did not last more than 5 hrs. The ear domes provided did not fit my ear, were too big. The hearing aid's touch control is an additional piece of equipment to carry along ( an additional item to handle ) in your pocket all the time with your hearing aids.
These hearing aides are for someone who has a significant hearing loss. Even with the volume on low the noise level is very high. So to me it is a amplifier.
Lasted just 90 days before left ear bluerooth stopped working. Batteries in both only last about 6 hours. They did sound clear but not as loud as other OTC aids I have. The bluethooth feature was nice the few times it worked. The case with the controls is a good idea, easy to know what mode they are in. Very little difference in the modes. I can not recommend these because of failure and battery life .
Definitely not worth $400 especially if they stop working not even after a month after purchasing Very disappointing
