Audien Hearing Atom Pro 2 OTC Rechargeable Hearing Aids, Noise Cancelling, Universal Fit, 1 Pair

My $6,000 hearing aids died for the second time in 4 years. a waste of time to make an appointment, drive 90 minutes around trip, sit 20 minutes plus, see a "specialized" person for 5 minutes, 1 second of offering me a mint, and leave. I think, I am "specialized" too. I could do on my cell phone app, what they do. Was the drive and mint worth it? Nah. So far, I have spent $5,700 less, and popped the Audien Hearing Atom Pro 2 OTC Rechargeable Hearing Aids in my ears and they worked! Are they worth it? Yep, and I just bought myself, a whole bag of mints! Thank you Audien!

So far so GREAT. A heck of a lot better than those $3 grand things. A bit Bulky compared to the $3 grand but still the same sound quality . So the question is do you want to save around $2,700.00 or spend the entire $3 grand. Me myself I'll save the money.

I puchased the Audien Atom 2 pro and it was delivered within a couple of days. Basically plug and play after a quick charge. These aids are as advertised. Definitely improved my hearing. I had lost anything over 3500 hz in frequency and after 2 weeks of playing with which modes and volumes worked best for different situations, I can pick ip 5000hz in my left and 6000hz in my right. I went into it knowing that these are a budget priced aid, and they delivered results. Miraculous? no, but greatly improved? YES! I would strongly recommend these. PS, after 30 minutes in my ears, every morning my tinnitus fades to a barely noticeable level. that alone makes these worth more than what they cost.

This hearing aid performs as advertised and offers solid quality for the price. One potential drawback is the placement of the control button for adjusting mode and volume. It can be easy to press accidentally while inserting the device, particularly for individuals with arthritis or limited hand and finger dexterity.

I bought these while my regular (and expensive) hearing aids were sent in for battery replacement and deep cleaning. I am impressed that they work so well. The sound is a bit crappy for music and some TV shows, but for the price, not a bad deal. I guess if I used these regularly my brain would adjust and adapt to sound interpretations. While chewing food they work loose and start squealing though. If your hearing loss is not profound, these are a very good option to consider. And about a tenth of the cost!

they had a good sound to them but the buds that were in there were too big for my ears walmart gladly took them back and i bought another pair of mini hearing aids

I know I have a small head… I wear children's hats, the dentist used the smallest c-ray tabs to fit in my mouth…. So I was sure to get the smallest size ear piece for these hearing aids. The silicon piece could be pushed in but the hearing aid itself was much too large. It stuck out and fell out!

I would not recommend these, I bought for Mom and a few weeks later the battery started dying fast and making a loud noise and won't charge and Walmart wouldn't exchange them.

The feed back on these is so bad at virtually all settings that they are unusable. Volume goes to level 5 but can only be used at volume level 1 or 2. There are 4 setting modes but only one of those is usable at all. So you are stuck with level 2 volume max and the mode 3 or road noise setting. At these settings feedback is there but it is tolerable. At ALL other settings the aids are simple unless because of very loud feed back. I would not recommend these to anyone. A waste of your money!

Audien had a promotion that I joined. Simple, buy a pair of the $289 Atom Pro 2's, write a review, and get reimbursed for the purchase price. Except they did NOT keep their end of the bargain. They did contact me by email to get my purchase order number to ensure that I had purchased them. After that, almost all contact with the company ceased. I tried emailing several customer service and sales people within Audien, and never even got a reply from any of them. My original contact replied after a couple of weeks, saying they had been in training and would set up a meeting in a day or two. They did not. After 2 more weeks they said they had a family emergency and would call me the next day. Again they never called and never replied to my emails again. In my opinion, this company is a scam, trying to keep me on the hook until my 30 day refund period runs out. As for the Atom Pro 2, they do amplify sounds. The only setting that worked for me was supposed to be used in a car, but I used it for every location. The other settings did not amplify sounds enough to hear voices clearly, the reason I purchased these to begin with. That being said, for the price they are ok. But don't expect ANY help from the company if you have a problem with them. The only thing you will hear from them is crickets.
