Audien Ion Pro 2 Advanced OTC Hearing Aids for Seniors & Adults

I am still a little disappointed with some of the issues with the Ion Pro 2. High screech sounds when a noise is first heard and the fact that It will not sink up to my smart TV. Nada, who is very pleasant and easy to work with spent a lot of time trying to resolve the problem of my aids shutting off during the day at random times(even when the battery is over 80%) . to her credit, she researched the issue and got back to me via email with a solution.

My ION Behind the ear rechargeable hearing aid has served me well, for 22 months, until it began a week ago to not seat or recognize one of the earpieces when it was put in the Charger Block. Cleaning the contacts on the earpiece and the Charger Block did nothing to alleviate the problem. On random occasions however, I was able to wedge a piece of card in the slot with the earpiece and it would hold in place long enough to put a nominal amount of power on the earpiece. This, of course is not the way it works. I was made aware of an available remedy, to me where for a nominal annual fee, I could get coverage, and a replacement ION Rechargeable hearing aid. I am strongly considering taking advantage of this offer. This offer also provides access to an Audiologist and other benefits.

Happy with the service we received from this company. All of the reps were very patient & well informed. Whenever there was a problem, it was quickly resolved. Unfortunately the hearing aid did not work properly for my husband. It had to be returned but it was handled easily & professionally.

I bought these little over a month ago. It's taken the time for me to get used to them. I've worn hearing aids for quite a while now, but never the ones that went into the ear always the one from the back of the year. I really like these Sam help me with the fit Sam took her time shetexplained it quite well to me.

I had my first Audien Sound Check on August 21, 2026. Hazel Brook was the "Hearing Specialist." It was my first time using "Google Meeting" so I had some anxiety. However, Hazel was easy to work with so the meeting went very well! All of my questions were answered and I received several useful tips. I am now confident using my Audien hearing aids and ready for my next call! I recommend Hazel for future "Sound Checks."

Having static in left hearing aid. Have replaced different styles and sizes of tips. Have also replaced the wax guards. Still have static. Gannah is going to get back to me with a recommendation for the style and size of tips. Gannah was very helpful.

I bought one product two months ago and upgraded to a different product about a month ago. I have now decided to upgrade again. Every interaction with Audience has been professionally handled and a pleasure. I strongly recommend the company and its products.

I'm happy using my hearing aid but I have some point to discuss as a customer and user for about one and half year for Ion Pro - Most of the day it can't connect to my iPhone device and too much whistles during fixing and removing the hearing aid in my ears

It definitely helps me hear better than before it.I am having issues with dome size and feedback when I answer and talk on the phone. Samantha answered all my questions and gave me great suggestions. I will continue to work with these and upgrade if necessary. Thank you for making the help desk available.
