Audio-Technica AT-LP120X-USB USB Turntable (Black) with Powered Bluetooth Studio Monitors Bundle

The sound quality and usability is great. The turntable is great! I love Audio Technica! The speakers are louder than expected and work good now.... I can even play my bass guitar through them with an adapter using the brown cable provided. However the customer service for the company its actually sold by was crap, except for one of the three people I spoke with. The other two were rather rude and seemed annoyed. However I am the one who should be annoyed since the speakers in the original package didn't even turn on! You would think speakers than normally go for $130 would at least be tested to see if they work? Had to ship them back and wait till they showed up as in transit for them to send my replacement. I will honestly never buy another product from their company. Walmart's customer service was FAR more helpful and pleasant!

Very beautiful Turntable but very poor sound quality. I followed instructions set it up and the BASS wont turn down. There isn't a BASS dial only treble. If I turn it up to loud there's a vibration sound from the speakers drowning out the singing voices. Because of the BASS being so loud you can barely hear all instruments. This came from a 3rd party and not WALMART. I'm very disappointed. I'd return it but there was only one tag from the sender and not WALMART What a rip off. I'll be returning and closing my account!
