Great studio mic for the price
I used this product to record in my in home studio. Pros- Great recording quality Great price Has a headphone input for no latency monitoring Solid build quality Cons- No on and off switch or button [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Finally broke after 12 years!
I had one of these as my daily driver microphone for the past 12 years! Made hours and hours of recordings with this microphone both professionally and casually. In my opinion this was the perfect microphone for my use case and nothing else comes close to the beautiful design aesthetics and functionality Sadly earlier this week it became unrecognizable by any device I plug it into. It seems that the internal memory has become corrupted and I have no way of reprogramming it or replacing the board that controls the USB functionality. RIP little buddy, you will be missed.

Requires 48v phantom power supply !
Sounds great it does require a 48v phantom supply to use so be prepared to spend some extra $$

Doesn't work on computers Unless you buy something
It runs off phantom power so if you are planning on using this for your computer I would suggest getting the USB version, i have heard nothing but good things about both microphones, Just wish i would've know I would need another device to make it work on my computor.

this did not come with wire needed to hook up. 150 extra so trying to return.
