Also, integrates with my Apple HomeKit. So, if you're looking to get your smart home started or to enhance what you've got, this is a great item!

This product is super impressive. The fact that you can replace the bolt in your door and now control your door lock from your phone is amazing! What's really neat is that you can control your door lock remotely. I live with roommates so this is really helpful if someone locks someone out or if you run an airbnb and would like to access your door remotely. Highly recommend. I was amazed how easy it was to install. Make sure however, that you have the dead bolt and handle separately. It comes with easy instructions, and came with batteries and the Wifi bridge all included. The bridge allows you to remotely access your door lock away from home. The cool features are the lock will sense you are within the range and it will automatically unlock your doors. You can also grant access remotely to let your friends and family using the August app. What I like most about this smart lock is the outside looks the same, so you can still use your keys, but on the inside of the door, it's hitech with great smart features. It also comes with a sensor so you can monitor your doors activity.

This is a great smart lock! Installs with ease, no new key required. Can be installed on virtually any door that has a deadbolt lock. It is a bit big, but it works great. Innovative battery case and cover, love it!

Such an awesome product. Not only has it made my life easier, but it has also made me feel safer. If I'm ever unsure whether I locked the door or not, the app gives me quick reassurance. It has also made it so much easier to let family and friends into my apartment, since I can just unlock the door from the app even if I'm not home. Right out of the box, this lock is easy to install - it is great because of the autolocking feature (automatically opens when coming home and automatically locks when leaving home). One of my favorite features of this is that it is integrated with your phone, so everything is at the ease of your finger-tips! I was fortunate enough to learn about this product through a live-demonstration.

I always question if I locked my door after I am 20 minutes into my route. Luckily, with the August Home Smart Lock Pro, I dont have to worry anymore! Have you ever owned one? I have had two smart locks go bad in 3 years, I am on my second keypad and I chose not to replace my video doorbell when it went out. Looks, ease of install, great but longevity is horrible.
