Love the futon. Satisfied with Walmart. I wish they didn't use FedEx, they have never delivered correctly.

this sofa is so spft and beautiful. but the seat is a but stiff.

I rated this way as it was a lot smaller than it seems but we still do like it a lot. The material is nice and it is comfy for when we are sitting- we haven't slept on it and I don't think we will. I will say when it arrived the box was a bit damaged and there were items missing to build so we had to go and buy them. Overall it is nice but wish the bolts and screws/nuts came in it's own separate box and weren't just thrown in there :) but overall nice!

I ordered a futon sofa from Walmart and it never arrived at my address. The tracking marked it as delivered, but the photo attached to the delivery does not show my house or the product I ordered. I searched my entire building and mailroom — nothing was delivered. I contacted Walmart customer service multiple times, and each time I was told something different. One rep even admitted the delivery photo didn't look like a sofa at all. Still, no real answers, no refund, and no help. I'm now left in the negative in my bank account because of a charge for something I never received. This is completely unacceptable. I expected more from a company like Walmart. If there's no clear proof of delivery to my address, I should not be charged. I will be reporting this to my bank and escalating it further.

I received a used futon that was repackaged and sold again. I kept it because I didn't feel like dealing with the hassle of sending this heavy box back. When I purchase a new item I would like for it to arrive new and unopened in original packaging.

False advertisement it breaks easily I've had it a week now and the legs completely broke off 2 people cannot sit on it and if you are saving money don't waste it on this

My order arrived about five days later than they expected time frame. Upon opening the box today, there are no tools to put the futon together. It is missing the pieces to actually assemble the product. I am unsure of what to do at this point.

Very disappointed my aura came damage and broken waited two weeks to receive this sofa damaged unbelievable the fedex man was dragging it because he couldn't carry it the box came broken with missing pieces

i like the texture of it but it's way too small for what i was looking for
