great customer service . super easy to put together i was shocked if your a cat owner this is the best couch. they cant scratch it up . thank you... would have given a 10 fast shipping!!!

It's still sitting here in my living room - trying to figure out how to put it together - which definitely needs 2 people to put it together - 1 to hold it as the other puts the pieces together - lol -

It's a futon it holds up but I had to add a block in the middle because it had no support and sagged

parts looked as if they were used before. wear on two of the feet scuffed up while the other two were new. the back looked like it was worn by the scratch marked.

the bed Aspect, mostly, is too hard. I needed 2 mattresses to make it doeable. Didnt realise it until i through the boxes away, with my old worn out frame.

Mixed Review
I'm happy with the money I played for this product because it seems like it's built to last. Unfortunately, the problem lies in the packaging for shipping. It came scratched to pieces!! All due to poor packaging! For that reason I would not recommend this product. I didn't want to reach out to the seller and wait for a new one that was just as scratched or worse. So I have it, it suits my needs, just wish more thought was put into the package so you get a good product.
