I regret this purchase
The couch in the photo has two large back cushions. The couch I received has three small back cushions. The product manual claims the company will address consumer dissatisfaction, but there is no contact information provided to file a complaint. I tried calling the phone number that I found on the shipping box. The number goes straight to voicemail. I left a message but no one has returned my call. The return process via Walmart.com is expensive and unreasonable (you must completely disassemble and return in original packaging, impossible considering all the cushions are vacuum sealed), so I am stuck with it. Pros: The material is very soft and aesthetically pleasing. It is comfortable to nap on. Cons: The backrest is roughly 1.5 inches thick and flimsy. The three pillows for the backrest are thin and do not stay in place. They constantly fall forward. The black material covering the backrest is still visible even with the pillows properly placed (it looks cheap). The armrests are too flat to actually use as armrests, even with two decorative pillows. This couch is more like a long futon than an actual couch. Great for napping, lame for sitting. I tried uploading photos of the couch, but I keep getting error messages.
