My Favorite
This bread checks all the boxes!!! I keep an extra loaf in the freezer. It thaws out quickly and is so fresh. I also keep my fresh loaf in the fridge and not on the counter, and it keeps a long time. If I want it warmed up immediately, I just nuke a couple slices next to each other for 3 seconds, maybe flipping and putting them back in for another 2-3 seconds if needed. This bread toasts and grills very well too.

Diabetic friendly bread that actually taste great.
Another wonderful product from Aunt Millie's! They make several great products that help people with diabetes eat bread, make toast or sandwiches. Without this great product most diabetic could never have bread again. It is expensive but worth it just to have a sandwich once in a while.

Low cab bread
Size of slices of bread better than some low carb bread, which can be small. Texture is more like wheat bread which I prefer over white bread. Wish the loaf came in an increased quantity. But is pricey for quantity you get. But I still would buy it.

I buy the bread, hamburger and hot dog buns. the buns are more expensive but if you are counting carbs and calories it's worth it.
