Amazing quality easy to set up ,the app was very user friendly for programming and set up ,it's great to have the ability to not use the key and use fingerprint or keypad code, great item glad I made this purchase.

The instructions could have been a bit more clear. I had to watch several videos to get it installed. It took abiut an hour to finish install but I still have to get the app to connect.

the instructions are not great, but if you follow it and play around a bit you can figure out how it works. everything works well, the only complaint is in order for the auto lock to work properly, you need to unlock using the push button instead of the turn knob, which is annoying. i wish there's a setting to stay open when the door is outside the latch, and locks when the door closes

The lock works great. The App is very vague and limited (i.e. cannot lock or unlock from the app without additional actions on the lock) and the written instructions are definitively not good! The installation instructions are vague and incomplete. There is no mention whatsoever, on how to program fingerprint unlock, as an example. Had to figure this out myself. No resources on the web to figure things out.

I like the lock but programing it is difficult because instructions are terrible. wanted it for fingerprint locking but still cant program. may have to return.

This would of been great i love smart locks and this was my first one and i loved it at first. But my problem is the lack of controls on the app. the app version for this lock really put it down for me and i tried different apps and different programs it was really just not that great so now it sits in a box because it was past the return window. will never buy this lock again. Temo locks are even better than this....i spent 60 bucks on 1 lock on Temu and its so much better

beautiful package with ZERO contact or corporate help info. The Pamphlet is filled with Typo's. It appears to be indecipherable. There is NO HELP from either Walmart or the Auoshi company: too bad, wasn't too hard to install, but simple unable to USE IT. Sad! would welcome quick help. otherwise, will return. What a waste of time. Thank you.

Never could connect to the app after multiple resets.

It's not a great quality. The installation is not clear, I matched wrong 180 degrees and it doesn't work. It takes imagination to see what is wrong, also the programing is not easy, after that it works, but I think it uses too much battery, because it open and returning the mechanism to the center. It has no sensor so you can forget to close it and the lock will never know it is open. The connector cable don't have place, i just press it.
