I have not used a detergent-type of shampoo that suds up like this bar does in over 15 years. I have been using only a cleansing conditioner that does not sud up because my hair is like straw after rinsing regular sudsy soap out of it. I have wanted to try the bar thing for some time because I want more length and I've heard it's possible with a bar like this. I've used this bar a few times now and although, my hair is completely unmanageable after rinsing it, like normal, I could never get a comb through it, I do a rinse with my normal conditioner and this combination is working. My hair is long, around mid-back, big, and goes from wavy on the outer layer to almost coily underneath. The bar massages and cleans my scalp and my other stuff allows me to comb my hair easily after a wash. I don't know about a length increase yet but my hair seems to stay nice for longer. I only wash it 2 or 3 times a week and it seems so nice like I could cut back. I'm keeping the bar dry so it lasts longer and I am doing random mini-trimmings of the very ends of my hair a couple times a month. I'm hoping for an increase in length so we'll see.

I love this bar soap. Perfect size for my hand. Great for travel and smells awesome. Lathers up nicely and leaves my hair so clean and shiny. I use Apple Cider Vinegar as my conditioner.. I don't think you need a conditioner as it's nice and soft and tangle free without it, but I think it's good every now and then to clean the scalp from oil buildup.

I like that the Neem Shampoo Bar is substantial and lasts a long time. It smells good and lathers well. It also rinses out easily. I also appreciate the price, it's more reasonable than other brands.

L.O.V.E. this shampoo bar! Wonderful lather, smell is nice. I really love the ingredients. All natural oils and my hair is so clean. My hair has a natural curl to it now. I've been giving bars out to my family members to try. I will never go back to store-bought shampoo again. My husband also really loves this shampoo bar also. Win, win!

Smells great, but I don't recommend using it in your hair. It leaves a weird residue and makes it impossible to brush your hair without needing to buy a wig. I used it as a body soap!

This shampoo bar made my hair feel like a nightmare. It made it “squeaky clean”, which means that it completely stripped my hair. I followed with my normal conditioner and when I went to comb it out, I could barely get a comb through it. My hair felt like it had this sticky, draggy film on it. Horrible product.

This shampoo really dried out my hair - I needed to use some conditioner which I haven't needed to use with other shampoo bars. I didn't care for the smell either.
