I love this shredder! It is quiet and will cut up so many pieces of paper at one time! You can also cut up old expired credit cards which is a bonus too. It works really well and I am so happy with it!

l really like the ease of shredding several sheets at one time. It even shreds with a staple attached. And removing the attached compartment with shredded paper is so much easier and less messy. I no longer have to stop, lift the heavy shredder,lift heavy shredded paper to trash can and then put it back together before starting over. The wheels make it extremely convenient when moving from one room to another. I love this shredder!!!

This is my first shredder. I bought one for my daughter for a Christmas present She liked it so much I bought one for myself. I didn't know I needed a shredder until now. Nice unit. Easy to assemble, just insert wheels. Very quiet. Good purchase-my shredder was on sale!!!!

It's getting harder to find quality products that hold up to even a few months of regular use these days, but so far this shredder has exceeded expectations.

This is a really nice shredder. It was at a sale price, so I grabbed it. It isn't a small shredder, so if you're concerned about space keep in mind it's on the larger size. It's perfect for an office and seems really durable. I recommend it.

I did much research before purchasing this Aurora. It had what I was looking for, at a nice sale price! I haven't used it yet but when I turned it upside down two small black plastic pieces fell out. So long as it works well I'm not worried. My BIG complaint is your delivery co, Fed Ex. Due to items being stolen from front porch I requested it be left on my back porch and even directions to walk up the sidewalk on left of my house. When I was going out I got a notice it was delivered. Well it wasn't but I looked around anyway. When I returned home at 9:30 pm still not at my front or back door I got a flashlight and went to search. I live at 634 and found my box, with a$200 item, on the front porch of my neighbor at 638!! Sorry if it was to much trouble to do as instructed. I'm handicapped so let's have the crippled old lady carry it home by herself cuz the delivery person didn't want to follow instructions in the daylight and the rain. I'm not sure if I want to take a chance on such poor delivery like this again to continue to shop online. 🥺

Good machine , quiet for a shredder. No problems.

It looks and feels like a good machine. I didn't like the maintenance I have to do on it. I feel it helped some with the cigarette smoke a neighbor used to dump in my apartment, but it could be better.

This is the 2nd shredder I received. This AURORA IS VERY BAD. THE 1ST UNIT HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE BIN LIGHT BEING ON %26 YOU COULD NOT USE THE UNIT AS A RESULT. I called the company %26 they said the switch in the back is not good then. Then, I returned it %26 just received another one that IS BAD ALSO. THE SHREDDER RUNS CONTINUOUSLY WHEN IT'S ON AUTO!! IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO STAY ON WITH AUTO!! IT DOES NOT SHUT OFF!! HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!
