very easy to use. the light hardly gets hot at all. I have been using it consistently over the last month and feel the my overall attitude is much better than it was last year at the same time. even though it was somewhat pricey, I feel it was something that will last for a long time and quality made.

Already recommended
I received my light about 2 weeks ago. I started using it the day after I got it and I have already noticed a huge difference in my mood and energy level. This light is amazing and I have already started recommending it to my friends and family that could really use some uplifting this coming winter!

The Lightpad Mini Rocks
Last week i received at my house my new Lightpad. All I can say is WOW what a difference a little light makes in my life. I have tried other light boxes in the past and this unit is super small and super bright. This was a great buy!
