It works for me, but only when I have trouble falling asleep — for example, if I didn't sleep enough at night and want to nap during the day, or if I can't fall asleep in the evening. If my sleep is normal, it doesn't make a difference.

I gave this 4 stars. It has a bitter mango flavor. I do sleep deeper when I sleep if take this, but it does not help me with waking up during the night as I had hoped.

It helps put me to sleep quickly. I would recommend it.
