Well, it's like this: a misunderstanding ordered Auseo3.5 but received Rowan 2.8 Instead of hollering that the product wasn't what was order, and to save time and money on redelivery/ pickup and more wasted time... we chose to email sender or Walmart.com or whoever is behind the scenes Explained the problem And we were rewarded by keeping the freezer Although, I'm actually wondering if the Auseo %26 Rowan are the same company but with different "brands" bc to Simply fill an order that began with a letter "A" instead of "R" is so elementary... and all foreigners such have knowledge of the alphabet and plus. 3.5 is not the same number as 2.8!?! Go figure! The size is smaller, sleek, less freeze room but that's probably better in case of power outage we could fit the contents in a couple of coolers and manage for a few days with ice So far so good... We let run overnight on "7"( the top temperature number setting)before adding food; wiped out with damp cloth Turned a "6" 2 cute caddies that one can take out and one serve from them Like ice cream sandwiches for a party. The freezer hold enough space to store any leftover or frozen items. The freezer works like an hybrid equipment, where once it store enough power, it shut down and automatically start up again. This saves electrical energy. In addition, it fits in small space so highly recommended.

This freezer right here is a good size for a small kitchen you don't take up much room but once you open it it may look small to you but it is big in the inside and it holds a lot of food and it also have the two rats to put your vegetables or whatever you want to put in it or some frozen pops or ice cream in there sandwich whatever you would like it is amazing easy to move around and everything.

We live in an RV and its the perfect size for our little home. Keeps everything frozen and holds temperature. Highly recommend this if your looking for a decent deep freezer.

I was kind of skeptical at first cuz it's only 3.5 but actually this little mighty deep freezer holds a big punch you can pack it full of quite a bit of stuff it's got a very deep inside area and the two baskets help out a lot too I just love my deep freezer I'm so glad I finally convinced myself into buying it

Beware. If I had been paying attention, I would have had it shipped to our nearest Walmart store instead of shipping. Is was a bit costly. Other than that it is perfect for what I wanted it for. It is compact but Perfect for my vegies %26 fruits that I Freeze

That the product description is not what it says, in short, false advertisement. Why buy a product that says 3.5 cu. ft. Freezer when you ordered, but when delivered, package says 2.%26 cu. ft. Freezer. Then get an explanation from the manufacturer that the 3.5 cu. ft. was external measurements while the 2.8 cu. ft. Is the internal measurements??? That’s false advertisement.. Never opened the delivered product. Reason had it delivered cause, Walmart nearest is far, and don’t have a vehicle to fit the product. So, had to sacrifice and pay a delivery fee.

I am disappointed with walmark online buyng . You overcharged me . you want me to request my bank to refund me my money. When you should have done it simply in one phonre card. I will noyt use you agasign until you learn how to correct orders. Bad service.

I ordered a 3.5 cu ft. They sent a 2.8 cu ft. I waited 48 hours for a resolution, but didn't hear anything back. I called back for an escalation, they asked me to wait 72 hours. I've sent the picture evidence via email, as they requested and I still haven't heard anything yet

I read all great reviews on this but when I received it it didn’t work at all. It said to run it for four hours before storing anything so I did that in the temperature in the deep freezer they never even got cold. So then I ran it overnight and 2 days straight and the temperature was the same as when I first turned it on. It never got cold. It didn’t even get ice. I was very disappointed as I needed it for breastmilk and I read great views.
