I just got it several days ago I haven't opened it yet it's a Christmas present for my baby

I just got this ice machine and I love it. It makes ice very fast as my other ice machine was very slow making ice. I would recommend this ice machine!!

First of all it is much larger than our others we've had %26 holds more water which I liked. It's not hard to set up or to use %26 to clean. Yes you have to break the ice cubes apart but that wasn't much of an issue. The thing was much noisier than others we've owned in the past from the beginning. However, a couple of weeks after purchasing, it started making a horrendous ear piercing sound that would last during the entire cycle of making ice which only stopped after dumping the ice. I returned it today for a refund. My husband, our cats %26 I couldn't stand it any longer.

Adequate best describes this ice maker. No problem making the ice, but the ability to keep it frozen ain't so good. Also, the way the ice piles up against the back wall of the bucket, the "ice full" indicator lights up and it stops making ice when only about 2/3 full.

Wanted to use it camping. But it won't work in high temperatures.

it does not dump the ice in the bin. you have to dig it out with your hand. brfor the next tray of ice is made, the first one has already melted.

Bought 3 months ago and it's stopped working can't reset to get functions to work

The ice don't brake is like a big block of ice
