the thing is HUGE, but the collection basket is tiny. i have to put paper towels in front of it to soak up the water that's coming from who knows where in the unit. do. not. buy.

every batch tasted like plastic. we cleaned it plus dumped the first 3 batches out. said 30 day money back but they wanted a video of it on and running plus other crap. wouldnt do a refund. Walmart stepped in and took care of it. this company isnt worth dealing with.

item was completely different than describe, and a defective machine at that. i messaged the seller asking about returning they asked what was wrong with it, i told them, they no longer responded to my messages.

Arrived broken. water runs continuously fir 20mins and didnt make any ice because ice tray is locked in verticle position and cannot fill with water. I'm retuning this piece of junk!!!!!!!! Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!
