Auseo Electric Fireplace Mantel Package Wooden Surround Firebox Electric Fireplace Heater with Logs, Adjustable Led Flame, Remote Control for Room, 750W-1500W, Pearlwhite

paid to have it put together. Too heavy and bulky. When finished it would not work. Did what book said. Nothing. Called company; never an answer. No one would ever answer the phone. Returned it to walmart, they then returned it to manufacturer. 3rd party purchase. Never buy 3rd party purchase from Walmart again. I did get a full refund. Not worth the trouble

Instructions easy to follow, went together without issues. Looks beautiful and really puts out a lot of heat! Very happy with this fireplace. The remote is nice and it also has a little door with the operating buttons so not totally dependent upon the remote. It did arrive with one corner of the mantle scratched up some. I'm pretty sure I didn't bang it while unpacking as I was very careful. While disappointing, I'm sure my grandkids and even I may ding it up some eventually, so will just touch it up so it's not so visible. I'd absolutely order again!

Very nice Esthetics, I chose a gray color to match my room. Don't be surprised if you receive just the insert first %26 no frame, but the frame came 2 days later. It was easy to put it together, very nice size, heat works great. Exactly what I wanted.

love the look and feel of this fireplace, 2 heater remote control, keeps the room nice and warm just using 1 heater, but if you need more heat, then you can use both. I highly recommend!

Easy assembly. Nice quality paint job. Small in size but gives extra heat in a older home bedroom for the winter. Like the remote control %26 fearures. Great price on sale.

I've been looking for something affordable for a while but wanted nice quality. This is perfect!! realistic flame, large and sturdy, and so sleek looking

The item itself is very nice. The ad says " simple assembly " which it is not. There are many pieces that have to be put together and they are heavy (made of MDF). The other issue was the color. I ordered white and received cream. Seller states that is their white however the box says CREAM. After several emails back and forth I sent the whole thing back. Another seller has the same exact item but I could not get in touch with them. Their photos show the white as bright white and they have a pearl white that looks cream color (which was reversed with the other seller). Totally annoyed not being able to get the right answer I needed I took a shot and ordered another white one. If it comes Cream again it's going back. Hope I have not confused people. This item is extremely heavy so you don't want to be moving it around and returning it. On a brighter note it does seem to have the best Flame adjustments for realism. Also the price is very fair compared to similar ones I've seen.

This worked from December through. The end of April. Worked great into it just didn't. Customer support was no help. They offered a discount on a new product. Ended up being an expensive piece of trash.

This fireplace was not as tall as I would have liked but, I couldn't find a taller one at a reasonable price anywhere! That being said, this is a very nice looking fireplace. It was easy to put together and a good value for the money. It puts out a lot of heat, too.

I really liked the quality of and quiet operation when the heat is turned on and remote control is so convenient to use
