I loved how it was packaged securely without being impossible for me (a senior lady) could still get it out. The directions say to let it stand for 4 hours before plugging it in, so I'm actually writing this before I make sure that the product works. BUT it's beautiful and looks so practical. I'm excited to eventually be able to use it. I love how the shelves can be moved in and out.

The price was right, but then the shipping was $45. I searched around online and found that it was still cheaper than other stores who had it discounted. The box was not damaged in any way. It was correctly delivered, right side up. It's the perfect size to use as overflow or for those deals at Costco.

The perfect little freezer for my needs. Just enough room for the overflow from refrigerator freezer that was so stuffed I couldn't find anything. I do wish they had put the temperature dial in the front or inside, rather than in the back. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Living in a small RV, I have a small refigator with a small freezer, This freezer allows me to purchase additional items requiring use of freezer. I was able to set my refigator on top of the freezer which saves room. Now I'm able to make ice which I could not before. Just temove it from its secure packing and plugf it in. It looks the same as advertised and arrived ahead of the scheduled date.

we use this freezer in a food truck trailer to keep burger patties and hot dogs frozen. it's perfect for what we need! it holds a bulk pack of 1/3 lb burgers, 40 ct hot dogs plus 3 1 lb ice packs and v everything stays frozen! Even when we accidentally unplugged it for 3 days!

The wire in the racks are spaced to far apart. Jars don't sit on them well. Other than that I love it

Runs very quietly. Small and yet holds a surprising amount of food.

It is what it is. Does what it's supposed to and works as it should. My only complaint is that it's actually quite loud in my opinion...I've had many mini fridges and freezers and this is the loudest one I've ever had, in saying that though it's not loud enough to keep you awake at night or anything. Other than that no complaints. Just make sure you know what size you need/are getting when you order because this is one of the small ones.
