I love this ice machine. It doesn't take up a lot of space on my counter and it looks nice. The ice comes in two different sizes. It does take more time than I thought it would to make the ice. Overall, for the price, I am very happy!

This product works very well. It must be cleaned once a month by drying it with a towel. I don't recommend the "cleaner" tablets. I ruined my last one.

I absolutely love this icemaker. I love the color. I love the product. I am so glad to have ice again. We put it to the left of our refrigerator because our ice machine in our refrigerator kept shorting out our fridge and we were having to replace parts so this was the only alternative. Since I don' have an ice maker in my frig or room enough for ice cube trays; I thought this might be a good alternative. This is an excellent solution to that problem. It recommends you use non tap water. So since it is for myself and my dogs; I use 2 bottles of water each time for the desired amount of ice. Just scoop the cubes out of the basket when it fills up and then add more water. A red light will come on when basket is full or more water is needed. When adding water turn it off and then turn it back on. I love it; and my dogs do too on these hot days!

We've been looking for an extra ice maker for our home. I'd been very reluctant to make a purchase last summer and decided, swimming season will be upon us soon and I needed to do it soon. This model was on sale and the size worked. VERY EASY TO INSTALL. I followed instructions and ran it for about 4 hours the first day. I threw away the first 4 batches made. I have filled several gallon bags as back up for easy access for guests and grandkids. WE LOVE THE ICE!

It takes about six minutes for the machine to make 9 hollow bullet ice cubes. I make the ice and then dump it in a bin in my freezer. Because the ice maker does not have a freezer you have to remove the ice immediately because it starts to melt. When that happens there's water with the ice when I dump it in the ice bin meaning it freezes into a large lump of ice. I had to buy an ice pick to chip off the ice as needed. If I used the machine for ice now it'd be perfect.

I really won't be using this until next season at my lake home but I tested it and am happy with it. I'm used to a large built in ice maker and this isn't equal to that but I think what I will do is make portions of it and then put the cubes in my freezer to keep.

It doesn't produce fast enough and the ice always always gets stuck in between the laser that has to connect to tell itself it's full sp it always thinks it's full until you go move the ice around. Big bummer.

I bought this ice machine on February 27 2026 and it only lasted for 2 months it kept saying add water and I did still wouldn't work didn't last longer.

the company takes weeks to email back and dont help whats so ever if anything happens they dont even care if you buy the warranty
