I did not pay attention that this not a first-free freezer so that's on me! It works very well%26 looks nice. Great little freezer if you're not lazy (like me) %26 don't mind defrosting. Actually, it was easy to defrost %26 took less than an hour start to finish.

i ordered a 55 inch Roku TV n paid for it. said it would be here i 2 days. then i get message itscin back order. no word if price is same or if money out back on my card. want to know where i stand on getting it. keepbtrying to get me to buy more expensive TV. i want the Roku 55 inch TV.

Firstly, it is not as advertised or at least the one I received is not what it says in the ad. Due to certain parts on the bottom it is not able to have a reversible door. Also, the knob for the temperature is NOT inside the unit. It is on the back and if you want to change the temp. you have to pull it off of the wall or wherever you put it. If it was inside the unit [like described in the pictures] it would have been way better and worth the money. I chose this over a different freezer for that quality alone and I'm disappointed that it isn't true to the description. It is easily scratched and if you do want to attempt to make the door reversible you damage - to near destroy some of the more cosmetic pieces. It is small. I will be using this for storing frozen rodents for my snakes. I have not had it long enough to discuss how well it holds a temperature, but opening and closing it while empty showed it had a pretty good seal on the door. The shelves are removable which I did like for cleaning purposes. I may see about updating this review after I've had it for a while. For now, for almost $200 I'd like it to be as described.

I ordered a 3.2 cubic foot upright freezer - what I received was a 2.1 foot cubic freezer. I have not been notified of any adjustment in price for Getting a smaller one than ordered nor did I get any notice as to why smaller one sent. What happened? I think I should at least get a partial refund of what I paid for the item

Never received the correct order, we don't have it yet? Hopefully you are working on it? We received 2 of the wrong freezers, still in my garage waiting for the correct one and you can take the 2 wrong ones back? What is the status? 48 hrs has passed!!!

After we unpacked the freezer we saw you sent the wrong size! We ordered two. 3 c ft and we got 2.1. Your feedback post says 3 c ft! Very disappointed. What now? It took half an hour to unpack one. The other is still in the box. Delivery person was awesome!

Not really sure what to say - I cannot really comment on the quality of the product. I was sent a model different than was ordered. Ordered model 3.2cu ft. Rec'd model 2.1 cu ft. I am disappointed, but have not yet lost hope…. I have written to the supplier. I am hoping to be able to update this review with information regarding how this was resolved.
