Aussie Instant Freeze Sculpting Gel, 7 oz

This is the only product I have used that completely tames frizz and leaves my hair looking and feeling silky for days. It does not flatten or weigh my hair down and I still have plenty of body. I paid less for this then any other product I have tried, yet this is the only product that satisfied my needs. I purchased this at the beach as I forgot to bring my regular product and even in the rain and wind my hair did not frizz! My hair is curly, medium length and frizzes easily - until now!

This is so strange, but I use this when I straighten my thick curly hair and it keeps it straight for days, even in humidity. Just a little bit rubbed between my palms and smoothed over my hair leaves it pin straight but not crunchy or hard at all. I ADORE this

My favorite gel ever. The hold is out of this world. This allows my wash days to last all week without refreshing and activates well with water. I love that it is compatible with every single proudct and it is extremelt affordable. Forever my holy grail.

This is an amazing budget option for the curly girl method! It gives me quite a bit of hold for my waves. I apply it upside down while my hair is wet in the shower, and apply it again when my hair is halfway dry. I wish it had a tad bit more hold though because my hair starts to fall and get frizzy after just a few hours.

I really like this gel. I purchased when I started the curly girl method because it is silicone free and works with the method. I only use about a dime sized amount on my shoulder length hair and scrunch . I usually have to "scrunch out the crunch" when it dries or it looks too crunchy . I have fine, 2B/C hair. And the smell is AMAZING. the other products are not CG friendly but I keep hoping the curls shampoo will hop on that bandwagon!

This gel is my holy grail! I use this product every single day. Its budget friendly, smells HEAVENLY, and definitely worth it as an everyday product. It's a decent glycerin free gel. I don't like that it weighs down my waves and curls. The hold is ok. If I use it my waves make it to day 3 tops with minimum definition compared to my deva arc angel gel I can make it to day 6-7. Like, i said it's decent for those wacky dew point days when you definitely don't want to be using glycerin.

Ive heard really great things about this product from some people. Its an inexpensive easy to find product in most department stores so thats a plus and the ingredients are technically curly girl but the ingredients arent as clean as I wish they were. And you gotta be careful with using too much or using too little. I like adding water to my hand and also applying it to my wet hair upside down. Water really activates and too much can be a very bad thing for my hair. But every head is different. For the price its not bad even if it doesnt work out.

This gel has been my go to for over 10 years, until the reformulation. Such a disappointment! I live in a high humidity climate and the old formula was exactly what I needed in a gel to hold my thick, curly hair. I have tried for over a week with the new formula and I just can't make it work, no matter how much or how little I use. I will now begin to search for something else. So disappointed.
