the only thing I have to say is I got the item with some of the things missing like the instructions manual also the cd that up date the information I do not know if is the problem of the package in the factory or it was tempered by the delivery personal that my ?? I going to return this item soon . Thank you

Disappointment
No place in the description does it state that a Windows Operating system is required to download the manual which I do not have. The website for the manual is very difficult to comprehend at the best and impossible at the worst. If the description of the product had included the necessity of Windows Operating System I would NOT have purchased this item.
