a pricey, mediocre product
I realize that Autel is the most reputable brand name in car scanners, but, in my situation, this product was definitely not worth the price tag. The special "service" features only work on certain vehicles. I was aware of this prior to purchasing it, so i did my research ahead of time. However, the two "services" that i expected to use on my vehicle were either incompatible (contrary to my research) and/or entirely unnecessary (because the vehicle has built-in methods for performing these services). If you're an automotive tech, invest in their MaxiSys model. If you're not, this device has a whole lot of features that many cheaper products can do just as well. Of course, that's just my opinion.
