This has such mixed reviews so maybe there’s inconsistency? But, I love curry so I thought I’d give it a try. I was actually very impressed for it being a frozen meal. The noodles are just spaghetti noodles which is kinda disappointing but the curry flavor is spot on. Will definitely rebuy in the future.
I didnt have high expectations but the instructions were so easy, I figured it woyld be nice for a very quick lunch. Wow! Pleasantly surprised at the quality. The noodles were perfectly al dente, the sauce very fragrant like an authentic Thai restaurant dish. I had limes so I squeezed some line juice on it. I will continue to have these in my freezer. Delicious!!
pleasantly surprised. i never make reciews, but felt the need to for this. it legitimately tastes like takeout and actually...kind of better. frozen meals can be hit or miss but it appears this company took the time to use quality ingredients smart packaging for microwaving it.
This is my favorite go to when I'm craving Thai and don't wanna go to the restaurant. I love the different flavors and it's portioned fairly... for the price.
I was looking for something different and also spicy. This is good. I was not disappointed. I liked it so much I ordered more. Now if you're looking forburn your brain hot, then this is not it. It has a kick to it
I was quite surprised. I had zero high hopes because I'm picky, but sometimes I'm lazy. This was super good. The flavor was on point. The noodles weren't soggy. It didn't need any adjusting. I am definitely gonna buy more. Awesome when you're craving something flavorful but too lazy to make it.
This is delicious!!! As someone who loves Thai food, and knows what coconut curry chicken would taste like -- this is seriously spot on. It has a mild spice to it - spice it up more if you need more of a kick. More chicken than I would have expected, seeing as it is pretty value-leaning at $3-something. It comes in a little authentic Asian-style box that reminds you of every food scene in movies that take place in NY. There is a smaller box inside that keeps the sauce separate from the noodles. Heat it up for 3 minutes and you can eat it right out of the box. I will definitely be buying more.
I eat these almost nightly specially since I’ve had my gallbladder removed 5 years ago and this is the only food that doesn’t hurt my stomach, plus the taste is amazing. It taste like take out but it’s only 3 dollars. I don’t eat alot so this small box feels me up but if you eat a lot for dinner you might want two boxes
I had high hopes for this frozen Thai food. The aroma is great, it’s simple to cook, but be very careful - the box gets very hot! It has decent coconut curry flavor, and an okay amount of white chicken meat. The noodle texture was disappointing as they were rubbery. It needs more of the coconut curry sauce. Overall, it’s just okay. About half a bowl of noodles, but not enough sauce to overcome the noodles. It is fast and easy to prepare, requiring nothing more than microwaving, then removing a cardboard tray of the sauce to pour over the noodles. (Caution: extremely hot!) Once mixed I was hoping for better. A little more sauce might’ve helped. At just under $4.00 per serving, I might give it one more chance. If it had more sauce it wouldn’t have a mealy mouthfeel. I’m used to Thai food having more-than-ample sauce. This was a tad dry.
First of all, I was expectiing rice with this meal but it came with noodles. The most disturbing thing about this meal is that it was very dry. There didn't seem to be enough sauce, but on the positive side there is a fairly decent amount of chicken in there. Would I recommend it? No, I would try something else.
