The product is fine however there is no response from the company to either skip,hold or cancel. Very disappointing

I ordered 3 jars, It arrived on time, but there were only 2 in the box! I called the company and they were super nice about it, they sent me two more jars instead of just one more to make up, their customer service is even better than amazon, Thank you!

I have a sensitive stomach and was a little nervous about taking shilijit. I was experiencing much pain in my left knee from an old injury and could only go up and down stairs one leg at a time. After taking shilijit for 3 weeks I now can climb with both legs. At 80 years old, I am very pleased with the healing and repair happening. I take it in either milk or warm water, set my timer and after 30 mins. I drink my coffee with collegan in it and have breakfast. No stomach distress if I wait the 30 mins. **User Update: After taking it for two months, I absolutely love this Authentic Himalayan Shilajit, it is the most powerful supplement I have taken in the past few years. As a 69 year old man, I mainly take it for the anti aging, heart empowering, detoxing benefits. I have been noticing it not only does all of that but also helps with my energy levels when I take a pea size twice a day and not less. I look forward to taking it every morning when I get up. I tried another brand and the burnt tire like smell turned me off; this one smells super fresh, earthy and pleasant. Taking this shilajit is a fun part my morning ritual. ------ I am just getting started, but my body (and mind) are telling me this is very healing and energizing. I keep my authentic Shilajit jar on my countertop where I visually relate to it :) I will post an updated review in the future.

it took a full week to feel any changes, and to be honest, I did not get my hopes up because I have been fighting brain trauma for years, and to lose again would have been defeating, but the second week I started an online class and actually comprehend it! and my memory is slowly retaining what I am learning! Wow, the quality is beyond great, as someone who is obsessed with herbs and alternative medicine that has been taking shilajit for a few decades now, I am shocked by the quality of this shilajit.

This is a high quality product. The first jar sent to me got damaged during shipping, and the seller promptly contacted me after I reported it and offered to send a replacement right away. He was even willing to send it special mail (UPS) at my request (at no extra charge). I was/am very impressed with both the product and high level of customer service!
