Came in beautiful condition and was packaged well so it was protected during shipping. I love the color and it was really clean.

The device works great no issues, it's just the seller didn't inform of the battery drainage that the console already had.

The vita is slow charging.

I've filed a claim through the 3 year protection plain I purchased through all state that was included with this item. I've contacted Sony to get with manufacturer's to see if they could find a replacement and I have been told no one could help me with my issue. The right joystick doesn't work and I hope I can get a replacement somehow kind of disappointed with the product now.

I just got this PlayStation Vita 2000 and I'm very unhappy with it. Right out of the box, the screen had multiple scratches and the whole console was dirty. For $200, this is not what I expected at all. The listing didn't mention the condition would be this bad. The buttons and edges had grime, and the device looks very heavily used. For this price, the product should be clean and in much better shape. Now I'm stuck trying to clean it or return it. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying from this seller.

came dirty with a lot of scratches. you can tell that the shell is super old because it gets damaged easily. Only came with one small cheap charging cable that did not work that well at all. The battery was old and would go down a lot after every few minutes. save your money and buy a vita from a trusted seller.

This is the totally different from what I order false advertisement

Never received my item. USPS delivered it to the wrong location.
