I bought two items the umbrella and base. And both were in perfect condition. Exactly what I was looking for and the advertised picture is also exact. The umbrella is good fabric material. And the base is plastic which you can fill up with water which is good for me. Easy setup and perfect shade.

Everything was okay except the base was not delivered on the same day. I contacted customer service and it arrived the next day.

Really enjoyed this outdoor set on hot days. Provides lots of shade

it was supposed to have a base, I received NONE, nice umbrella but now I can't use it till i buy a base

The umbrella and base were fine, but too small for our space. I've contacted the company twice in a week and no response to try to return the umbrella. I'm really hoping I hear from them soon.

It looks like a nice umbrella but unfortunately it had missing parts so I haven't been able to put it together yet. I tried emailing the company with the email provided on a business card with the product but so far no response. Thanks for your advice!

The weighted base had no hole for me to put the umbrella pole in. i was told to take pictures and send it to them, but i have no email to send them to.
