Very easy to open %26 close with direction of the sun on patio.

This patio umbrella turned my patio deck from average to beautiful. At such a low price, I wasn't sure if it would be sturdy. Turns out this umbrella is much stronger and prettier than my previous one on which I spent hundreds of dollars. The color is chic and adds style to my backyard. The mechanism for opening and closing the umbrella is smooth and sturdy. Added bonus is the tilt feature. So now I can tilt the umbrella in the direction of the sun such that my seating area is always under shade.

Umbrella quality is good and the pole is also strong. Good size for our medium sized backyard and the pole tilts so that's really a bonus as we can adjust it to shade the sun direction. Love it!

I purchased the Autlaycil 7.5 ft Patio Umbrella with Tilt and Crank and overall, I'm really pleased with the quality. The material feels very luxurious and durable, which gives it a high-end look and feel. It's easy to use with the tilt and crank mechanism, and it provides great shade for my patio space. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the built-in lights were a bit brighter—they're nice for ambiance, but not quite enough for reading or activities at night. Also, it would have been more convenient if the umbrella came with a base or stand. I had to purchase one separately, which added to the cost. That said, it's still a great addition to my outdoor setup, and I would recommend it to others looking for a stylish and functional patio umbrella.

When I used the umbrella the first time, I immediately noticed several loose threads on the canopy and also one area where there wasn't any hem stitching for about 6 inches! I trimmed the threads and glued the unhemmed area and thought that would be that. However more threads are presenting themselves on the edge of the canopy, so the canopy is continuing to fray. Hopefully the umbrella canopy will survive for at least a few years!
